ICT Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate ICT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, practical training sessions and help learners build industry-relevant IT skills. If you have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an ICT Trainer, IT Instructor, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and common IT support tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or similar) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create training materials and deliver both online and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ICT training programs through practical and interactive sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
• Teach topics such as computer fundamentals, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT support.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to learners.
• Keep training content updated with current industry trends and technologies.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and student performance reports.
• Collaborate with the team to improve training programs and learning outcomes.
